Same Team Quick Guide
One drink. One habit. A simple way to get more vegetables, stabilize blood sugar, and support your brain — every morning.
Why This Works
Most people don't eat enough vegetables. A daily green drink solves that in under five minutes.
Keep it simple. Four ingredients, one blender, five minutes. Commit to at least one green drink daily.
Step 1 — The Liquid (4–12 oz)
Purified water, coconut milk, almond milk, or hemp milk.
Step 2 — The Produce
A handful of spinach or kale, plus celery or cucumber, and one lemon or lime. Use fresh and organic when possible.
Step 3 — Blend & Drink
Use a NutriBullet or Vitamix. Blend until smooth. Drink ideally within 30 minutes for maximum nutrient absorption.
That's it. Water + greens + celery + lemon. Start here and build from this base.
Once the basic habit is locked in, experiment with superfoods and a wider variety of greens.
The Greens (pick 2–3)
Superfoods (pick 1–2)
Fruit (1–2)
Lemon, lime, avocado. Keep fruit minimal to avoid spiking blood sugar.
Berries (optional)
Blueberries, cranberries, cherries — antioxidant powerhouses, low glycemic.
Tips for Success
Make it the first thing you do after waking — before coffee, before food.
Prep your ingredients the night before to remove friction.
Start with spinach if you are new to greens — it has the mildest taste.
Add ginger or lemon to mask any bitterness.
If blending, drink within 30 minutes. If juicing, drink immediately.
