Preparing for Your Coaching Call

Arrive with clarity, intention, and openness — so you and your guide can make the most of your time together.

Set Your Intention

What do you want to walk away with today?

By the end of this call, I want to

Write this down before your call. Let it guide what you bring to the conversation.

The Science

The Intention-Attention Connection

Neuroscience research shows that setting an intention activates the reticular activating system (RAS) — a network in your brainstem that filters the ~11 million bits of information your senses receive every second down to the ~50 bits you consciously notice. When you set an intention before a coaching call, you're literally programming your brain to notice relevant insights, patterns, and opportunities that would otherwise be filtered out. This is why people who prepare with clear intentions consistently report more productive and transformative sessions.

“You don't have to have it all figured out. Just show up honest.”

Your guide is on your team. The more you bring, the more you'll take away.
