Let's Find Out Together

We don't assume we know where your clinic's biggest opportunity is. That's what a pilot is for.

Our hope is that a small pilot gives us the opportunity to generate data together — to understand where coaching creates the most measurable value for your specific clinic and patients.

🏁CompletionHelping more patients finish treatment.
Patient ExperienceHelping patients get more from treatment.
📈GrowthDriving referrals, reviews, and new patients.
🔄RetentionKeeping patients engaged in maintenance care.

A small pilot allows us to answer these questions with real data — no assumptions, no pressure.

Completion Revenue

$1,000–$3,000+

additional revenue per patient who completes vs. drops out early

Referral Value

$3,000–$10,000+

lifetime value of each new patient referred through word-of-mouth or reviews

Maintenance Retention

Spravato alone generates an average of 34 billable visits in year one. Patients who stay in maintenance treatment represent sustained, predictable revenue — and coaching helps them see the ongoing value of continued care.

Questions & Answers
Coaches have an education in behavioral health (RN, Bachelor's, Master's), are certified professional coaches (ICF, NBC-HWC, or equivalent), trained in psychedelic integration, and have worked with a minimum of 100 clients before joining our team. Each clinic is assigned dedicated coaches who align with your workflow and clinical philosophy.
Patients meet for 45-minute weekly or bi-weekly virtual calls on non-treatment days. Early conversations focus on preparation, intention setting, and processing the experience. As patients feel ready, coaches help them build healthier habits in areas connected to mental health — sleep, stress, exercise, nutrition, relationships, routines, and purpose. Progress is measured and coaches work within a clear supervision and safety process.
At intake, our medical provider screens for fit and safety. We do not enroll patients who are currently having thoughts of harming themselves or others, or who have had a recent psychiatric hospitalization — in those cases, we refer back to the clinic team for a higher level of care. During the program, coaches follow a clear escalation process alongside our clinical team.
All coaching is delivered within a Collaborative Care model. The program is overseen by a Family Practice Physician (DO) with ongoing case reviews by a PMHNP. We use measurement-based care (GAD-7, PHQ-9, WHO-5) and work treatment-to-target with clear escalation pathways.
Referring a patient is free for your clinic. Same Team handles scheduling, patient communication, insurance intake, and benefits verification. Some clinics opt into additional services such as participation in our referral system, dedicated coaches, or clinic-branded group integration webinars. For patients, typical out-of-pocket costs are $20–$60/month. If insurance doesn't cover the program, we extend the option to participate at our cash pay rate.
Patients who receive coaching support feel more connected to their treatment and are more likely to continue through the full protocol. They build habits and routines that reinforce the value of ongoing care, which is especially important for maintenance treatment where long-term engagement drives both outcomes and revenue.
When patients translate their treatment into meaningful life change, they naturally want to share it. At key moments, our coaches guide a natural conversation about leaving a review or referring a friend, supported by a simple landing page and lead capture we share with your team.
A pilot typically starts with 5–15 patients over 2–3 months. We track outcomes, completion rates, patient experience scores, and — where applicable — referral and review activity. At the end of the pilot, we share a data summary so we can evaluate together where coaching created the most value. There's no long-term commitment required to begin.
Getting started can be as simple as sending your first patients to sameteamcoaching.org/integration. If you'd like to formalize the partnership, we can explore deeper alignment — streamlined onboarding, shared measurement, dedicated coaches, or referral activation.
